SSO & MFA at a glance

Single sign-on for every application

Single sign-on lets users reach every app with one secure identity. SecureBeans configures Microsoft Entra ID as the identity provider and connects cloud and on-premises apps over SAML and OpenID Connect, so access is granted and removed in one place.

Multi-factor authentication that resists phishing

Multi-factor authentication blocks most account-takeover attacks. We roll out phishing-resistant MFA such as FIDO2 keys and passwordless authentication with Microsoft Authenticator, and conditional access that considers device health, location and risk before granting access.

FAQ

SSO & MFA - frequently asked questions

What is single sign-on (SSO)?

Single sign-on lets users sign in once with one identity and access many applications without separate passwords, improving security and reducing helpdesk password resets.

What is phishing-resistant MFA?

Phishing-resistant MFA, such as FIDO2 security keys or Windows Hello for Business, uses cryptographic sign-in bound to the real website, so codes cannot be stolen by fake login pages.

Can SSO work with on-premises applications?

Yes. Microsoft Entra ID application proxy and SAML or header-based integration let on-premises web applications use the same single sign-on and MFA as cloud apps.
